🏓 How to Book a Court
Follow these simple steps to reserve your pickleball court at Zions Pickleball:
1. Select a Court – Select your preferred Court in the dropdown menu, Choose from Court 1, Court 2, or Court 3.
2. Choose Your Date & Time – Pick your preferred playing date and available time slot.
3. Add to Cart – Click Continue to reserve the slot.
4. To Reserve Multiple Hours – After selecting your first time slot, click “Book another” to add additional slots before checkout.
5. Checkout & Payment – Proceed to checkout and complete your payment to confirm your reservation.
Payments accepted: Mastercard, Visa, GCash, QR Ph.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy – All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
2. No Cancellation – Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Rescheduling – Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the reserved time.
4. Late Changes – Requests made less than 48 hours before the reserved time may not be accommodated.
5. Management Rights – Zions Pickleball reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests depending on court availability.
